Give a retro feel to your photo or image

This tool will pixelize and give a retro arcadey look to any image. The tool itself is written with ❤️ in C. It works in 2 steps, first it pixelizes the image by downsampling, and then reduces the number of colors by k-means clustering algorithm.

*Images limited to JPEG format and max size of 2MB and resolution of 2000x2000.
